Our company takes pride in the zenith, we have established over the decades but not at the cost of Mother Nature. We firmly abide by unswerving regulations to mitigate environmental pollution and hazard through our avant-garde production facilities. We recognize the dire need to protect our planet and strive to set an impeccable example to prevent ozone depletion and limit global warming through manufacturing, marketing, and exporting environmentally friendly energy-efficient products. The 'World's First HFC Phase Out' project was implemented at the Walton factory. We recently began the HCFC phase-out project in its air conditioner manufacturing facility. Executions of these initiatives exist to restrain the emission of harmful substances into the earth's atmosphere. In the 'World Ozone Day-2021', the respectful speaker endorsed us to be ahead of other industries in environment protection while significantly contributing to the corporate sector.

Our Chairman SM Nurul Alam Rezvi also urged the government to make the star rating system mandatory for all domestic and imported electronic products to ensure an environmentally friendly environment through the use of energy-efficient products. We want to increase our allies in the crusade to save our planet from the impending calamity of unchecked pollution before our terrene becomes inhabitable. We endeavor to align with the agenda 2030 with its 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Every month, various types of environmental awareness training are provided to all employees, addressing both general issues and specific production processes. During the induction process, all new employees, regardless of their level, are briefed on the organization's environmental aspects. Furthermore, to review environmental aspects, the EMS team conducts internal audits based on legal requirements and stakeholder standards. External audits are also used to evaluate critical aspects such as stack and ambient air emission tests, noise tests, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), and so on. The various issues are dealt with as soon as possible. Monthly meetings are also held to address any outstanding issues. The EMS and EHS committees are also involved in putting good environmental practices into practice.

Considering the disabled, homeless, and extremely poor people of the country, we took the initiative to arrange their accommodation. Following this, the budget for this program is determined by a specific plan every year, which is implemented within that year.
